Quick, efficient, and fun, Orcas moped rides serve as a step up from our e-bikes for those who want to cover more ground. These under 50cc rides allow for anyone over 18 with a valid drivers license to explore no motorcycle license needed! We have various different moped sizes and locations to insure a good fit for just about anyone. Our Staff will give you instruction on operation to make sure you are heading out to explore with confidence!

Centrally located right in the heart of Orcas Island, Eastsound is our most popular pickup location with easy access to both the east and west sides of Orcas.

Right down at the Rosario Docks, This is a great option for those staying near the Rosario Mansion or are coming in via boat/sea plane.

What should I wear?

General advice is to make sure you are dressed for the slide not the ride!

Make sure to bring:

– Closed toe shoes (required)

– Eye protection (required, sunglasses are fine)

– Jeans (recommended)

– Long Sleeve shirt/jacket, the more rip resistant the better

 

Note that it feel around 20 degrees colder with the wind chill once you get moving. 

This depends quite a bit on how much weight is on it but generally they will go around 30mph.

While not required this is heavily recommended. Its fairly common during the months of July and August that we are booked full for a given day and cant accommodate walk up reservations.
