Redeem a Voucher
Have a Groupon?
Follow these steps to redeem your ticket
1. Print your voucher or open it on the Groupon mobile app. Check the Title on your voucher
2. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! Click the tour below that matches the voucher you purchased
3. Select desired date, time, and quantity of people: every person in your group needs their own voucher
4. Click ADD TO ORDER.
NOTE: Leave promo code blank and click check out. Your voucher is not a promo code. Make sure you are only paying for taxes and fees, not full price tickets! If your final amount is very high, check your cart and click REMOVE FROM ORDER for the full price tickets!
6. Enter your contact information.
7. For each person enter the REDEMPTION CODE or VOUCHER NUMBER located underneath the barcode, a unique code for each person.
NOTE: If it begins with “VS-” or “1000-” this is not the correct number. Please look for the Redemption Code!*** If you are using the mobile app and have multiple vouchers, you may need to swipe to the left to see the others.
8. Enter billing and credit card information and pay for sales tax and applicable fees. An email confirmation will be sent.
9. YOU MUST ARRIVE FOR CHECK IN 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure!
Call the office at (360) 376-3711 with any scheduling issues or if you have followed all the above steps and not received an email confirmation from Orcas Wild with your reservation date and time.
